Chickpeas

DCG offers various types of chickpeas including the most popular types such as the Desi and Kabuli varieties.

The larger Kabuli chickpeas, also known as garbanzo beans, Bengal gram or Kabuli chana, are beige in color and more rounded. In contrast, desi chickpeas may be yellow, light green, light brown or even black in color and can also be called kala chana. Chickpeas are available mainly dried whole or split.
